Clam Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. linguini
2 or 3 (8 oz.) cans clams
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3/4 c. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Start cooking linguini.
Drain clam juice and set aside.
Saute olive oil and garlic (minced).
Stir in clam juice, parsley, wine and spices.
Heat through and serve over linguini.
Great with garlic bread and Caesar salad.
