1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. sugarless applesauce
4 egg whites
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the oats, flours and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine milk, applesauce and egg whites; add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a heated griddle coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook until bubbles appear on the top; turn and cook until lightly browned. Yields 5 servings.
