Peanut Butter Quickies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Blend all ingredients with wooden spoon until thoroughly blended.
Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart.
Flatten to 1/4-inch thick with a fork.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Makes about 5 dozen.
