Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. roast
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 jar mild or hot Vlasic peppers with juice
    1 c. water (for each lb. of beef)
Preparation
    Cover in a casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or put in crock-pot in the morning and serve at supper.
