Beef And Beer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
    1/3 can beer or 4 oz. milk
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Mix all ingredients and place in covered casserole.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
