Ingredients

2 c. broken pecans or walnuts
4 c. fine Nilla wafer crumbs (you need about 1 lb. cookies)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa (not instant)
1/3 c. corn syrup (light)
3/4 c. bourbon, rum or brandy
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. instant coffee powder (optional)
Preparation

Combine nuts, cookie crumbs, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and liquor of choice.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar with coffee and roll cookies in mixture.
Makes 6 dozen.
