Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    1/4 c. breadcrumbs
    20 oz. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 egg
    10 oz. apple jelly
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix meat with soup mix, breadcrumbs and egg; make meatballs. Combine ketchup, apple jelly, butter and Tabasco.
    Stir until jelly melts and make sure ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
    Drop meatballs in crock-pot and cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce heat to low for 1 hour.
