Orange Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 sugar cookie mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. orange extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In medium bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, egg, orange extract and pecans. Mix well. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
