Mushroom Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) loaf white bread, cubed (about 7 c.)
    3/4 c. (12 Tbsp.) butter
    1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place bread cubes in large bowl; set aside. In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions, celery, parsley and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in broth, pepper, sage and salt. Pour mixture over bread; toss lightly to mix. Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated thoroughly and lightly brown.
