Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn or an equal amount frozen corn
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 or 2 hot peppers, chopped fine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix and bake in iron skillet for 40 minutes.
    Will come out better if allowed to cool.
