Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In large mixer bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into greased pan. Bake 35 minutes for 2 (9-inch) round pans or 35 to 40 minutes for a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. May frost with Buttercream Icing.
