Ingredients

1 1/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. whipped heavy cream
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter with fork.
Reserve 2 tablespoons crumbs for garnish.
Press firmly into 9-inch deep pie plate.
Chill 1 hour.
Soften the ice cream; fold in the peanut butter, then fold in whipped cream.
Quickly spoon mixture into crust.
Garnish around edge with remaining crumbs.
Freeze for 5 hours.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
