Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla; mix lightly, but well.
    Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to egg-zucchini mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
