Spaghetti Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large spaghetti squash
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives (garnish)
Preparation
    Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Place squash halves, cut side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and add boiling water to pan to a depth of 1 1/2-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tender.
    Remove from oven; let cool slightly. Using a fork, remove spaghetti-like strands of squash.
    Combine squash, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Toss until coated. Transfer to a serving plater and garnish, if desired.
    Serve immediately.
