Jello Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor gelatin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 (7 oz. each) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Dissolve the jello and salt in the boiling water.
    Add the cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
    Add the mayonnaise, tuna and celery.
    Pour into a 6-cup ring mold or any mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve on crisp greens and a little mayonnaise.
    Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
