Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
5 Tbsp. molasses
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar and shortening as pie dough and take out one cup for topping.
Add remaining ingredients; sprinkle crumbs on top and pour in 8 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
