Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add flour, juice and rind of lemon.
    Beat egg yolks; add milk.
    Add beaten egg whites gently to mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Very good.
