Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cook until thickened.
    Add lump of butter and let cool.
    Put in baked 9-inch pie shell.
    Beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
    Top pie and brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
