Rhubarb Crunch(Serves 9) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. cut rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
    Place half the flour mixture in a 9-inch square pan. Add rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and flavoring.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb and cover with remaining flour mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm or cold with ice cream.
