Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 lb. broad noodles, boiled
    2 lb. dry cottage cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 garlic bud, minced
    2 c. water
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Stir in tomato paste, water, salt and tomatoes.
    Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
    Cook noodles; rinse and drain.
    Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Line dish with layer of noodles, sauce and cheese, ending with sauce and cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
