Almond Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. almond paste
    3 Tbsp. chilled butter, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 eggs plus 1 yolk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. roasted almonds, shelled
    1 c. hazelnuts or pistachio nuts
    orange rind, white chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Butter and flour cookie sheet.
    Chop chocolate.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add almond paste and butter (don't overmix).
    Add almonds, nuts and chopped chocolate.
    Mix eggs (save 2 tablespoons).
    Add vanilla to eggs, then add to previous mixture in a \"well\" in center of dry mix.
    Form into a ball.
