Hot Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine peas and tomatoes.
    In medium skillet, melt margarine and saute last 3 ingredients.
    Add sauteed vegetables to the pea mixture.
    Stir well.
    Pour into serving dish, cover and chill until served.
    This dish is best served at room temperature as if it were a salad.
