Yellow Straightneck Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    yellow straightneck squash
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese and salt together.
    Slice squash 1/4-inch thick.
    Coat both sides with mayonnaise and dip in coating mixture.
    Place in 9 x 10-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light brown.
