Zucchini Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. olives
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Saute zucchini in olive oil.
    Add rest of ingredients, except for Mozzarella cheese.
    Simmer until zucchini is cooked.
    Add sliced Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover until cheese melts.
