Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. nuts (raw)
1 c. white syrup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. butter
pinch of salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Cook over medium heat until golden brown and stringy. Take off heat and add butter, salt and baking soda.
Mix well and pour into buttered pans.
