Avery Island Hot Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Corn
    1/3 c. Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
    1 Tbsp. Chili's (Chopped) - Heat to Taste
    1 Tbsp. Chili Oil (If available)
    2 Eggs (Extra Large)
    3/4 Beer (Flat)
    1 1/2 c. Flour
    1 1/2 c. Cornmeal
    1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce (From Avery Island, Louisana preferred)
    4 tsp. Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp. Salt
Preparation
    1. Stir together dry ingredients. Add everything else.
    2. Beat just till smooth. Bake in 425\u00b0 for 20-30 or top is golden.
