Tuna And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna
    1 can (1 lb.) sauerkraut
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until softened.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling point.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix in bread crumbs.
    Blend well.
    Mix in remaining ingredients and place in a greased casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
