Steamed Vegetable Night - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    broccoli
    red potatoes
    fresh corn
    green beans
    carrots
    mushrooms
    squash
Preparation
    A variety of steamed fresh vegetables served with cole slaw makes a wonderful fat free meal.
    Serve with hot brown rice or bulgur (cracked wheat).
    Cole slaw is made with nonfat dressing.
