Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    double pie crusts
    5 to 6 apples, sliced thin
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place bottom crust in pie pan. Layer sliced apples into pan. Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle on apples. Dot butter on top of mixture, then put top crust on. Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Cut slits in top crust. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
