Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 pt. half and half milk
2 c. water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into 2-inch cubes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cornstarch, mixed with 1 c. cold water
Preparation

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
Cook until tender.
Drain well; set aside, then mix half and half, water, cheese and seasoning into boiler.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted, then add cornstarch mixture and broccoli. Cook until soup is thickened.
Serve hot.
