Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced veal
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. bean sprouts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Salt and
    pepper
    meat, then roll in flour and deep fry until golden brown.
    Be sure oil is hot, then place in pan and cover with foil.\tBake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
