Chicken Pot Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. biscuit mix
    5 c. chicken broth or equivalent canned broth or from bouillon cubes
    1 c. milk
    2 c. boned diced chicken
Preparation
    Cook complete package frozen mixed vegetables in 5 cups chicken broth and 2 tablespoons chopped onion for 5 minutes. Thicken with flour, mixed with 1 cup milk.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour half of mixture into 2 1/2-quart casserole; cover with layer of chicken and then add remaining vegetable mixture.
    Arrange small rounds of biscuit dough, about 1/2-inch thick over top.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
    If less than full contents of package are used, modify ingredients accordingly.
