Florentine Beef(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano (dried)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
    4 oz. sliced Mozzarella or Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano in a heavy frying pan over medium to high heat.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Stir in flour.
    Add beef broth and cook until thickened.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add drained spinach.
