Oatmeal Raisin Cookies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Country Crock margarine or any low-fat margarine
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. dark seedless raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
    Shape dough by tablespoon into balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten with bottom of floured glass.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
