Tangier Island Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Add to eggs and mix.
    Add corn and mix well.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sit in pan with inch of water surrounding dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1 /2 hours until set.
