Potato-Carrot Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, peeled and finely grated
    5 large carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
    2 large onions, peeled and coarsely grated
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. matzoh meal
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss together the potatoes, carrots and onions. Stir the eggs and oil; add to vegetables. Blend in the matzoh meal.
    Pour into well-greased 3-quart casserole or loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
