Blondie Chip Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oleo
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    1/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add sugar.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts and chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
