Corkscrew Macaroni Toss Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
    2 carrots, cut in 2-inch julienne strips
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. frozen peas, thawed
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    10 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni (do not use salt); drain.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Toss well and chill.
