Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sliced apples
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour or clear jell
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix sugars, flour
or
clear
jell,
cinnamon and salt. Add to apples, stirring well.
Let stand overnight.
Cold pack in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
