One Bowl Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
    1 c. orange juice
    4 tsp. orange peel, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Turn out and cool on wire racks.
    Store in cool place at least one day for best flavor.
