Creme Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
confectioners sugar
Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring water and butter to boil.
Turn burner down to low, add flour and salt.
Mix until batter leaves sides of pan.
Let cool. When cool, add eggs one at a time.
Drop onto cookie sheet tablespoon at a time (make sure cookie sheet is greased).
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Drop down to 350\u00b0 for 230 minutes.
When cool, cut tops and clean out insides.
Cover with confectioners sugar and fill with Cool Whip.
