Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 soup cans uncooked Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 can sliced mushrooms (add more if you wish)
12 chicken breasts
1 stick margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Melt 3/4 oleo in pan.
Add rice and stir.
Add soups, water and mushrooms; stir again.
Add salt and pepper.
Add chicken in remaining oleo and place on top of rice. Bake for 3 hours.
