Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
3 c. sliced celery (optional)
1 c. onion (optional)
1/4 c. butter
3 cans condensed mushroom soup (2 cans will be enough)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. shredded cheese (I use American, you can use what you like)
18 oz. pkg. medium size noodles, cooked and drained
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna in water (I use 2 to 3 cans, depending on how much meat you want)
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayo (optional)
3/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)

I mix a can of early June peas in with mine, sometimes green beans.
