Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion (no more)
crushed pecans
Preparation

Cream cheese needs to be very soft. Mix ingredients by hand thoroughly. Chill overnight then form ball and roll in chopped pecans.
Can be served on lettuce leaf.
