Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly-sliced potatoes (2 to 3 medium)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine potatoes, onion, butter, salt and 1/4 cup milk in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole.
Microwave on High, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once or twice.
Stir in remaining 1/4 cup of milk.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
