Valeskas' Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cream the Crisco and sugar together. Add the eggs.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk and grated lemon rind.
Bake in loaf pan or tube cake pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 or 60 minutes.
Top with the glaze.
