Oven Omelet(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or 1/2 c. Cheddar and 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. chopped ham or add 1/2 c. bacon or 1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Blend together the eggs, sour cream and salt.
    Stir in cheese. Add ham, bacon, mushrooms, etc.
    Pour egg mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Drizzle butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes, or until set.
    Tilt dish to distribute butter over top.
    Dish has soft texture and is easy to prepare.
