Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. mashed, boiled sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream the margarine and sugar. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Roll the dough on a floured board to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut the dough with a biscuit cutter. Place the biscuits on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
