Ingredients

2 1/2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour. Add sugar. Cut in butter, eggs and vanilla. Make a smooth dough. Chill. Roll out real thin and cut with cookie cutter. You will need to sprinkle flour on waxed paper to roll out and add flour as needed to keep dough from sticking. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
