Orange Angel Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake, cut in half horizontally
    1 c. orange juice plus 4 Tbsp.
    3 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 cup orange juice over each side of the cake on the outside, piercing with a fork so all juice will be absorbed.
    Set aside.
    Mix sour cream, powdered sugar and rest of orange juice together.
    Blend and spread less than 1/2 of it over the bottom layer.
    Put top layer on and frost the whole cake.
    Sprinkle with orange rind and refrigerate 24 hours before cutting.
